The conference fee covers:
- Attendance at all sessions
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Welcome BBQ Dinner on Monday, 14 September 2026
- Conference Dinner on Wednesday, 16 September 2026
Accompanying persons are welcome to the social dinners. The event fees (per person) are $70 [AUD] for the Welcome BBQ and $150 [AUD] for the Conference Dinner. Please submit the expression of interest via the registration form [the link will be available soon].
Method of Payment
Payment can be made via credit cards via the ANU Payment Portal [the link will be available soon].
ANU Staff and students can also make payment via an Internal Transfer. Please contact the conference secretary to arrange a transfer. You will need to include to your email request a charge code / account number and an email approval of the account delegate to your request.
Cancellations
If you are no longer able to attend the conference, you must let us know as soon as possible by contacting the conference secretary. Refunds are available before the registration deadline. After 14 August 2026, requests for refund will be processed on a case-by-case basis subject to individual circumstances.
