Carers Support

Carers support of up to $350 [AUD] per person is available for a limited numbers of Conference attendees to assist primary care givers with travel and /or child-care arrangements or other required care arrangements of attendees’ dependents. Enquires and questions about Carers Support should be directed to the conference secretary.

AMS Workshop is offered on Friday 18 September 2026

An optional add-on specialised workshop will follow after the SPERA2026 Conference at the same venue on Friday, 18 September:

From Atoms to Applications: A Hands‑on Workshop in Accelerator Mass Spectrometry.

Discover how Accelerator Mass Spectrometry (AMS) unlocks ultra‑trace measurements for environmental and radiological research. This one‑day workshop combines lectures about fundamental principles with presentations about real‑world applications and practical training in water and soil sampling on site. In addition, there would be an opportunity to gain greater insight into the details of AMS measurement techniques at the Heavy Ion Accelerator Facility.

Workshop fees (in Australian dollars): $50 Student, $250 SPERA Member, $275 Non SPERA Member.
